課程概述 |
因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情發展，110-1學期開學後前三週全面採遠距教學，本課程使用Webex軟體進行遠距授課，

本課程係為在職專班學生規劃授課，隔週上課四小時。
透過講授和專題實作，有系統的介紹計劃與評估衛生相關專案時所需具備之知識與技能，所引用的實例以衛生行政或醫院管理為主。
This course is designed especially for students of Executive Master of Health Administration (EMHA) program.
Class will meet every other week, four hours each time.
Through lecture and exercise practice, this course will introduce essential knowledge and skills when planning, implementing, and evaluating health related projects. Examples used in the course will mainly be health administration or hospital management.

課程目標 |
使學生具備規劃與評估衛生計畫之知識，熟悉規劃與評估衛生專案時需使用之方法與資料，並期藉由個案演練使學生獲得衛生專案之計劃與評估之實務經驗。
After taking this course, students should be able to
1. define program planning and evaluation.
2. develop an understanding of the processes involved in planning and evaluating public health programs.
3. apply skills to design and evaluate a health program. |

課程要求 |
講授為主，討論與實作為輔。
學生需依照教學進度參與課堂作業，並分組自選主題撰擬專案。
分組專案須先以口頭報告，再根據討論結果修改後繳交之。
The course will be delivered primarily using lecture, complimented by discussion and exercises.
Students need to participate in the class, do the exercises related to the topic of the week. Students need to form group of 4 to 5 person to develop a group project.
Each group needs to present its Group project orally first, and turn it in after modification according to teacher’s comments. |
